Nutrition Session

Hey Jaguars Family,


We hope you all enjoyed the Nutrition session we had on Tuesday night. Just to recap in regards to protein, we need 0.3g protein per kg of your body weight. For example someone who is 60kg needs 18g protein at each meal (0.3 x 60). Please see attached a protein food sources fact sheet.
